Cancellation Policy

- Integrative Soul Painting Workshops (ISPW) requests that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled workshop in order to receive a full refund. This gives us the opportunity to try to schedule other attendees. - However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will be issued a credit for the workshop to reschedule it on another date. Your credit will expire 6 months from the date of the originally scheduled workshop. - You may cancel by phone at: 954-775-5062 or online by filling out the contact form on the contact page at: www.mariedonzeworkshops.com - If you wish to reschedule your workshop, please contact us as soon as possible using the same methods described above. - You cannot apply a workshop credit to another type of workshop. (e.g., if you get a credit for Option one workshop ($45) and want to try Option 2 workshop ($97), you will have to book it independently and use your credit towards the workshop for which it was originally intended. - In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., personal emergencies, or other unavoidable events) please call as soon as possible to discuss alternatives. - If you purchased a package for multiple sessions at a discounted rate and decide to terminate your package before using all your sessions you will be charged the full rate for every session taken and refunded any balance remaining if applicable. (E.g., If you buy a 4 sessions package at $150, and have used 3 sessions, you will be refunded $150 - $141 ($47 x 3) = $9) - ISPW reserves the right to make changes in workshops, schedules, or cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment. If ISPW cancels a workshop, participants may choose to be refunded to the payment method used to complete the purchase or transfer the credit to the same workshop at another date. - If a workshop has insufficient enrollment, students will be contacted 2 days prior to the start date. We may choose to wait another day and follow up with registrants on an individual basis. ISPW tries to avoid cancellations whenever possible. - When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
