Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the session date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 40% fee. - You may cancel by phone at: 954-775-5062 or online by filling out the contact form on the contact page at: www.mariedonzeworkshops.com -Rescheduling made 7 days or more in advance of the session date, will not incur any fees. Rescheduling made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 10% fee. Rescheduling made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 20% fee. - If you wish to reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible using the same methods described above. - In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., personal emergencies, or other unavoidable events) please call as soon as possible to discuss alternatives. - If you purchased a package for multiple sessions at a discounted rate and decide to terminate your package before using all your sessions you will be will be charged the full rate for every session taken and refunded any balance remaining if applicable. (E.g., If you buy a 6 sessions package at $1320, and have used 4 sessions, you will be refunded $1320 - $1100 = $220) - In the event ISPW finds it necessary to cancel or rescheduled an appointment, ISPW will give as much advance notice as possible to discuss alternative. - ISPW tries to avoid cancellations and rescheduling whenever possible. - When you register for a class, you agree to these terms & conditions.
