INTEGRATIVE SOUL PAINTING WORKSHOPS

Welcome to Integrative Soul Painting Workshops. By registering for one of my online or in-person creative sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a clear, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants.

 

1. Registration & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot.

• Discounted multi-session plans are valid only for the person named in the registration and may not be shared or transferred.

2. Workshop Materials

• Some workshops include access to exclusive materials such as videos, downloadable PDFs, worksheets, or guided preparation.

• Accessing these materials is considered partial fulfillment of the service, even if you do not attend the live session.

• These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

 

3. Access & Recording

• Workshops are conducted live via Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space to participate.

• Workshops may be recorded for internal use, such as content development, quality review, or training purposes. These recordings are not shared publicly or distributed to participants, unless explicitly stated in advance.

• If a workshop is intended to be shared or repurposed, participants will be informed prior to the session and may choose to keep their camera off and/or use a display name that protects their privacy.

• All workshop content remains the intellectual property of Marie Donze/Integrative Soul Painting Workshops, and may not be copied, distributed, or shared.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy aims to honor both your needs and the preparation and energy invested in each workshop.

• 7+ days before the workshop: Full refund or credit.

• 3–6 days before the workshop: 50% refund or full credit toward a future session.

• Less than 48 hours: No refund. A credit may be issued only at our discretion, especially if materials have already been accessed.

• No-shows: No refund or credit will be issued.

• If you have received exclusive workshop materials (e.g., PDFs, welcome video), this is considered partial fulfillment of the service.

• If you are enrolled in a multi-session discounted plan, used sessions will be charged at full rate before a partial refund or credit is calculated for unused sessions.

• Credits must be used within 6 months of the original workshop date.

5. Workshop Changes & Cancellations by Us

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment.

• In the event of cancellation, we will do our best to notify you at least 2 days before the start date, and you may choose to receive a refund or transfer your credit to a future date.

• We make every effort to avoid cancellations and will follow up with individual registrants when necessary.

 

6. Participant Conduct

• Please arrive on time and respect the shared space, whether in person or online.

• Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the workshop without refund for violations of community standards.

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All workshop content, including handouts, exercises, videos, and guided meditations, is the intellectual property of Marie Donze / Integrative Soul Painting Workshops.

• Materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, recorded, shared, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

 

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Participation in creative workshops is voluntary and intended for personal enrichment, emotional exploration, and creative expression. While these workshops may support emotional well-being, they are not therapy and do not replace professional mental health support.

• You participate at your own risk and agree to hold the instructor and affiliated parties harmless from any liability.

 

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the associated Cancellation & Refund Policy.
