Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for registering for one of the Integrative Soul Painting Workshops. Below is the current policy regarding cancellations, refunds, credits, and exceptions.
1. General Cancellation & Refund Policy
• 7+ days before the workshop: Full refund or credit.
• 3–6 days before the workshop: 50% refund or full credit toward a future session.
• Less than 48 hours: No refund. A credit may be issued only at our discretion, especially if materials have already been accessed.
• No-shows: No refund or credit will be issued.
• Credits must be used within 6 months of the original workshop date.
• If you have received exclusive workshop materials (e.g., PDFs, welcome video), this is considered partial fulfillment of the service.
2. Multi-Session Discount Plan Refund Policy
• Discounted multi-session plans are not eligible for full refunds once any session has been attended.
• If you request a cancellation after attending one or more sessions, we will deduct the full standard rate for sessions used and refund the remaining balance (if any).
• No refunds will be given within 48 hours of your next scheduled session.
• You may request to transfer your unused sessions to a friend or family member. Transfers are subject to approval.
3. Workshop Changes & Cancellations by Us
• We reserve the right to make changes to workshop dates, times, or format if necessary.
• If a workshop has insufficient enrollment, we will do our best to contact participants at least 2 days before the scheduled start date. We may wait an additional day and contact registrants individually if needed.
• If we cancel a workshop, you will have the option to receive a full refund to your original payment method or to transfer the credit to another date of the same workshop.
• Every effort is made to avoid cancellations whenever possible.
4. How to Request a Cancellation, Credit, or Transfer
We understand that unexpected things happen. All requests for cancellation, credit, or refund will be reviewed with care and fairness. We encourage open communication—please don’t hesitate to reach out. To request a cancellation, credit, or transfer, please email marie@mariedonzeworkshops.com with your name, the session(s) you're enrolled in, and your reason for the request.
5. Agreement to Terms
By registering for a class, workshop, or purchasing a multi-session discount plan, you agree to the policies outlined in this document. Thank you for respecting these guidelines and honoring the energy and preparation that goes into creating these meaningful workshops.
